I have a graduate degree (M.S.) in Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Developmental Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
I'm trained in several methods, but I primarily use an approach that combines tools from developmental psychology (e.g., attachment theory) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (e.g., emotional regulation) . All of my applied experiences emphasized wellness through a public health approach, so I use current research and evidence-based methods to support my work as a clinician.
